What items can I store?
You can store almost anything as long as it fits in your space. There are however, some items that you cannot store and they include, but are not limited to:
- Anything that gives off harmful fumes
- Perishables (fresh food, milk, etc..)
- Liquids that are flammable and combust when heat is applied
- Illegal/stolen items
- Items that are a risk to the property of any person
What do I need to do before I move into a storage unit?
To rent one of our units, you need to:
- Fill out our storage agreement and sign it
- Return the agreement to our office (in person, email or fax)
- Provide photo ID
- Pay the first months rent before you move in
- Have a padlock ready

Do I need to book a space first?
It is best to book a space to make sure that there is one is available the day you move in. Contact us today to make a reservation.
Can I move in today?
Yes, as long as your unit size is available and you have completed the five requirements in the 'What do I need to do before I move into a storage unit?' section.
How do I move in to self storage?
You can move in yourself with a truck, car or trailer, or take the hassle away and use a removalist.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or sign up for Autopay - its convenient and free
Who keeps the key?
You keep the key to the padlock which you have placed on the door of your unit.
What is the minimum period I have to stay?
The minimum is stay is one month.
How long can I stay?
As long as you like. The rental agreement is extended on a monthly basis. Ask about our pre pay discount options.
When do I have to pay?
On or before the due date of the agreement. This is the day you move in.
Will you send me an invoice?
Yes, we will send an invoice prior to when your account is due. You can choose to receive these by mail or email.
What happens if I do not pay?
Your account will incur a late fee and you will be denied access until your account is up to date. If you continue not pay your account in full we reserve the right to access your goods for the purpose of recovering monies owed.
Do I have to sign an agreement when I move in?
Yes you do. This agreement defines the terms and conditions of storing, rental amount and your specific storage unit. This takes about 5 mintues in our office and can be done on the day you move in.
If I wish to move out, what do I have to do?
We require seven days notice before vacating the unit.
Do you sell boxes and other packing supplies?

Are my goods insured when stored with you?
Your goods are not automatically covered by insurance when put into self storage. Many household and contents insurance policies will cover your goods whilst in storage ( please check with your insurance company ) or you can purchase insurance through us. Please contact us for prices.
Do you have security?
